Warranty Information

Maryland Tint & Graphics, Llc [Company] warrants its window film to be free from defects in materials for the lifetime [15 years] of the product, starting from the date of original installation.  This warranty is provided to the original purchaser and is transferable.

What is Covered

This warranty covers the following issues related to the performance and quality of the window film:

• Bubbling, peeling, cracking, or delamination of the film
• Discoloration or significant loss of clarity
• Loss of solar protection properties, including UV and heat reduction performance

What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by improper installation not performed by an authorized installer
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse accidents, or neglect
• Exposure to extreme conditions such as fire, flood, or other natural disasters
• Alterations or tampering with the film after installation
• Normal wear and tear

Claim Process

In the event of a warranty claim, please contact [Company] at [Contact Information] with proof of purchase (warranty card) and a description of the defect.  If the claim is determined to be valid, [Company] will provide a replacement film to the installer in your region.  Labor costs for removal and reinstallation may not be included depending on the policies of your installer.

Limitations of Liability

This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for the purchaser.  [Company] shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from any breach of this warranty or for any implied warranties that may apply.
